More Comments at Google MapI used it for lunch on a weekday. The menu overall is very cheap. The vegetable tsukemen is a popular signature dish, so they recommend it. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the recommended large size vegetable tsukemen (large size is 100 yen more). Eat it by dipping it in a sour soup with plenty of vegetables. The sour soup is refreshing and you can eat deliciously till the end without getting bored. The noodles were characteristically thick and straight, but they were very delicious. The large portion is quite large, so if you can't eat that much, we also recommend the medium portion (+50 yen).
About 8 minutes walk from Kazusa Ichinomiya Station. A popular Chinese restaurant located in a quiet area. Apparently they are famous for their tsukemen, but I ordered something called Baromen. As mentioned in other reviews, it seems to be the original around here. The only ingredients are plenty of charred green onions and pork. The umami of the soy sauce-based soup further enhances the flavor of the green onions. It was worth getting off the train and eating there.
You can eat to your heart's content at a reasonable price. I usually get baromen (ramen with green onions and pork), but this time I chose tantanmen. It's very delicious with a lot of onions and minced meat in a spicy soup with chili oil. Vegetable tsukemen also contains a lot of stir-fried vegetables. The fried vegetables here are so delicious!
