Oamishirasato, Chiba, Japan｜豊七ラーメン

Last time I visited, I couldn't make it in time for closing time, so I tried again this time. I slipped in at the last minute 30 minutes early and received some chashu noodles. The restaurant is run by a very pleasant couple, and the menu includes all the classic local Chinese dishes. I gave it a 4 star because the pepper they sprinkled at the end was a little too much, but other than that, I like it completely. It's a ☆4, as close as possible to a ☆5.

I received the tanmen because the comments on the internet were good! The sweetness of the vegetables comes out in the soup and it's amazing! The noodles were thin, but they coated well and were delicious! If I had to say so, I guess the taste of the chili oil on the table wasn't that good ← No, this kind of thing is charming ♪ It feels like old-fashioned tanmen, and I'm looking forward to ordering other items next time♪ postscript The fried rice was delicious! It had char siu and ham, and I think it's full of meat, especially for men! The wonton noodles also have a smooth skin and are delicious! The flavor of the stir-fried chive liver was just right! At first glance, the father's face and responses may seem stern, but he is very attentive and takes great care in preparing dishes and even removing spices from dishes that children will eat! The wife speaks in a very kind and friendly way that makes you feel at ease♪ I looked online! It was originally a very popular store. It may have been uncouth to advertise it (^_^;) The location is not great as the store is just down the road...

The tanmen was very delicious. You can drink up the soup with its gentle taste. The hiyashi chuka is also really delicious. I want to eat it as many times as I want.
