It's tsukemen for Sunday lunch. I had the chashu noodles. The soy sauce-colored Takeoka-style ramen was topped with countless homemade thick toro-horo, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself to the very end. It seemed that the noodles were not dried noodles, but the taste is definitely Takeoka style. do you want to eat tomorrow If you ask me, I would say NO, but I think I will probably have symptoms of poisoning after a week. This is my favorite Takeoka-style ramen shop around here! It's always quite crowded and it's hard to park your car. Not only is the ramen delicious, but the gyoza is also very delicious with crunchy vegetables, which is my favorite type of gyoza. If I want to eat Takeoka-style food, I will go to Ichi-san without hesitation!
