It was my first time visiting. Is it called the Takeoka style? Unlike traditional Japanese noodle dishes, ramen has a wide variety of flavor elements, so I think you can create as much originality as you want. So the Takeoka style is one such type. It was dripping for a long time, but it was delicious. That's all I want to say. The chashu is especially delicious. It tastes different from Jiro, Ie, and Oil. Glad you came.
