I went to the ramen shop Usagi in Togane City🐖 The parking lot is in front of the store 🚗 Enter the store, buy the special ramen from the ticket vending machine on the right side, and sit at the counter seat. When I submitted my meal ticket, I was asked whether I would like the soup to be rich or light. Rich is labeled with pork bone soup and dried sardines, while light is labeled with dried sardines and thick fat. A little worried 🤔 I choose something simple. At lunchtime service, you can get half rice or a drink (black oolong tea or cola) 🙏 First, take a bite of the soup...Ah, it's so good. Delicious soup with the aroma and flavor of dried sardines😋 Char siu with a fragrant surface🍖 The texture of the thin noodles and the flavor of the wheat are also good👍 When the rock nori melts into the soup, it gives it a sea and salty feel, increasing the impact of the flavor🆙 The sweetness of onions is a nice accent 🧅 It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇‍♂️

I went to Ramen Usagi restaurant. I was curious about clam ramen, so I ordered it without hesitation. The soup has a mellow salty flavor with plenty of clam stock. The thickness of the noodles matched perfectly and it was delicious. Next time I would like to try the recommended soy sauce.

So far, I've been there twice and tried different flavors, and they're all delicious! I would like to try another flavor next time! I went there during the daytime on a public holiday, but it was not crowded and I had a wonderful time in a beautiful shop.
