Togane, Chiba, Japan｜Kurumaya Ramen Toganeten

I have been going there with my family since I was little. Gyoza is especially delicious! I always eat it with char siu noodles. Reasonably priced and recommended.

Visited two days after eating in Tateyama for the first time in over 20 years. Add a large serving of garlic to green onion miso char siu (50 yen) It's delicious, isn't it? The contrast between the bean sprouts and the garlic and green onions is beautiful.

The origin of ramen for me. Rich miso and lots of garlic. it's the best. Regular miso ramen only has bean sprouts and garlic, so if you want chashu or spicy green onions, add them as toppings.
