Wonderful ramen served here.

It is a prominent store facing the street, and there is a large parking lot on the street side, which can accommodate about 15 cars, all of them passenger cars. If it's empty, I think it can accommodate about one medium-sized car. There is no counter, but if you are alone, sit at a table for two. Since it is basically a Chinese restaurant, there are so many menu items that it is not a meal ticket. Ordered ramen + half fried rice set. The parking lot was almost full and most of the seats were occupied, but it took us about 5 minutes to arrive. It's called Chinese soba... It has a rich flavor that feels like it has something added to it other than the chicken broth Chinese soup. It is lightly coated with back fat. You can see small pieces of chashu. I don't know if the char siu broth is also used in the duck. The menu is simpler than Cantonese noodles or dandan noodles, but there are no corners cut. The noodles are of normal thickness and are transparent. The fried rice was also very fluffy. Is delicious! ! I'm sure the set menu will be delicious as well.
