Sammu, Chiba, Japan｜長浜豚骨まるえいラーメン

First visit. A restaurant where you can enjoy both Hakata ramen and yakiniku. I went there only for ramen, but I lost the charm of yakiniku, and yakiniku became the main dish. I ordered a beef bargain set and offal set, both of which were large in quantity and tasted very good. Cospa is also good! In particular, the hormones had no odor at all and were insanely delicious. I also ate kimchi, and it was delicious, not too sour and not too spicy! At the end, I ordered ramen, but it was delicious without the smell of tonkotsu! The noodles are quite thin, and it might have been good to replace the noodles. I want to go again!

I got the chashu noodles. The soup had the taste of pork bones, but it wasn't so muddy that it dragged out the aftertaste, it was refreshing, and you could still feel the flavor of the pork bones. The noodles are straight, thin, authentic noodles, and you can choose the hardness from shabby to soft. I chose Kata, and it was so easy to eat that the noodles slipped into my mouth and before I knew it, they were gone. Also, I feel like they have a little more noodles than other tonkotsu ramen restaurants. Maybe it's just my imagination. The replacement ball was 120 yen. (2023/09/24) Lastly, the char siu has less fat and is not too hard, so it doesn't interfere with the noodles or the soup and goes well with both.

This is a pork bone ramen shop. The rich, odorless soup and thin noodles go perfectly together! The free toppings of mustard greens and pickled ginger do a good job. The portion is not that large, so if you are a big eater, one cup may not be enough. It seems that you can also eat yakiniku, so I would like to try yakiniku next time.
