This is my third visit! To be honest, it's really delicious! This is my favorite store! It is said that Tako rice is simmered in the chicken paitan soup, so the soup is thick. Therefore, it feels rich, but it does not have a strong taste. I don't have a strong stomach, so ramen is difficult for me to digest, but this ramen is not greasy and feels refreshing! ! Is it because of the rice? The noodles are also transparent and delicious! The bitterness of the mizuna on top goes well with the soup. Thread chili peppers are not just a garnish, they go well with the soup and mizuna. The chashu is chicken breast (sorry if I'm wrong) and it's moist, tender, and very delicious! It's a unique type of ramen, so I think it depends on your taste. I love! ! I hope it will continue for a long time.

I ordered chicken paitan spicy miso soba and gyoza. The spicy miso soba was quite spicy, but I ended up finishing the soup because of the lingering spiciness. The gyoza was also delicious and crispy.

Ordered Ajitama Chinese soba, salted menma topping, and chicken char siu 🐔 The soup is a chicken base with a refreshing taste of chicken and soy sauce😋 Just the right soft-boiled flavored egg🥚 Crispy and juicy chicken char siu 🐔 The texture of thin noodles was also good👍 It was delicious, it was a treat 🙇‍♂️
