Arrived after 12:00. There were already about 5 cars parked in the parking lot. The whole process is smooth as you buy a meal ticket from the vending machine at the entrance and then hand it to the staff. The inside of the store feels a little small, but since it's lunch time, it's busy, so it's not a problem. So, I ordered a set of miso ramen (thin noodles) and half fried rice (1000 yen including tax). It was served within a few minutes of being seated and was delicious. I've eaten many types of miso ramen in the past, but this bowl is a perfect masterpiece. It wasn't an extravagant presentation, but after I finished eating it, I felt that it was a well-thought-out dish that avoided waste. As for the half-fried rice, personally, I felt like it should have been stir-fried a little more over high heat, but I felt it went well with the miso ramen. Because of the past reviews I had researched, I was able to concentrate on my meal without the owner yelling at the servers. When I left the store, a man who seemed to be the owner of the kitchen said to me, ``Please come back again,'' which left a good impression on me. Although the ramen was not cheap at 1000 yen, I would like to try it again, so I will give this rating. Thank you for the meal.

My father recommended it to me as his favorite restaurant, so I went there, and at least it was perfect for my taste! The soy sauce has a light "Chinese soba" feel, and the miso may have a similar taste to Sapporo's miso ramen. At least, the miso ramen here felt more nostalgic than the restaurants in the Kanto region that advertise "Sapporo ramen" or "Hokkaido ramen." I went there hungry, so I ordered a half-fried rice set the first time, and a large one the second time (apparently it was free), and it was quite a portion. I think people who eat a lot will be more satisfied. When I return to my hometown, I would definitely like to eat there again! (postscript) It has been temporarily closed since last fall, but it seems like it has recently been revived. Currently, it is only open for lunch from Wednesday to Saturday. It seems that the menu has changed some (miso ramen has also been changed to earthenware pot), so if you are interested, please give it a try.

A shop along National Route 51, every time I pass by, I've always wanted to enter, but this time it's my first time! ! It was already the end of lunch, so it was reserved at the time of entering w The temperature is hot and the spicy system is a bit .... It's hot too... While thinking about it, I chose “Miso Tsukemen”. As soon as I bought a meal ticket, a man who seemed to be the manager came to pick up the ticket! The interior is bright and has a cozy atmosphere. It appeared when I was looking at the posters in the store to see if there were set meals and Italian menus. Miso Tsukemen! ! First of all, a mouthful of soup. Delicious 😋 Richness of miso and slightly creamy feeling. Is it sesame seeds? Or soy milk or something like a secret ingredient. I don't know, but it's delicious! Dive into the noodles for the second bite. delicious! Next is with the topping char siu. When I did it, it disappeared in no time w I will leave while wondering who the Kawasaki motorcycle that was staying outside the shop belongs to. It's a repeat decision! Next, we will have miso sesame tantan noodles!
