A little salt and pepper works well, and the chopsticks go well. The set soup here does a good job. It has a light taste, but the sesame oil is a little effective, so the richness is sufficient. It leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. Fried rice -> soup -> fried rice... It's an infinite loop. To escape from this loop, you have to sandwich the gyoza. The sauce for my gyoza is vinegar 3, soy sauce 1, chili oil 0.5. Chili oil may or may not be added. Gyoza is also a classic balance, slightly larger and juicy. Fried rice → Soup → Dumplings.......
