Visited a store I had recently been interested in for the first time. It was my first time trying Okayama Ramen, so I ordered the signature Yamafuji Chinese Soba. It tasted similar to Takeoka style in Chiba and was delicious. Limited time? It's nice to be able to get green onion toppings self-service.

After being closed for 3 months, the shop opened under a new owner!The previous owner apparently returned to Okayama. It was run by two women! The Okayama ramen that I'm used to eating is delicious!

I went in with no expectations and was surprised that it was delicious. The president's ramen was lighter than expected, and the taste was perfected with the added spiciness. Okayama ramen is not as salty as it looks, and has an addictive flavor with pork flavor and a slight sweetness. Best of all, it's always empty no matter when I go lol It might not be a good fit for people who expect to receive hospitable customer service, but it's a restaurant run by an old woman in the countryside, so it's nice and easy.
