Sosa, Chiba, Japan｜Menmaru Sosa

Since the menu is abundant, I asked for miso green onion chashu noodles after worrying. I was at a loss as to whether to make a set or not, but there was a volume that was correct as a single item. I have been to other Menmaru, but this one was the most delicious.

I went in before the last order (20:30) for the first time in a month...September 9th It didn't have the usual umami flavor and the noodles were crumbly...the texture was kind of bad (lol) The temperature also feels warmer than usual... I usually drink the soup without leaving anything behind, but I don't feel like doing that (crying). Normally, even after I finish eating and drink water, the sweet taste remains in my mouth forever... Sad (T.T) Miso ramen is the best! The gyoza here are also the best. After Togane's Menmaru moved, it's become less tasty and far away, but it's still here. When I can't come here, I go to Menmaru in Yachimata... When I went to the Yachimata store in February 2022, the taste was terrible and I was disappointed. I was so hungry that I had to leave food behind... I regret that I should have chosen the Sosa store. Even if it's crowded, there's no harm in waiting!

Anyway, if you want to eat something delicious, this is the place. Even though it's a chain store, for some reason this store is delicious 🤗 fried rice is also delicious.
