Last time I had salt ramen, this time I ordered miso ramen and roast pork bowl. The salt was delicious, but the miso was also very delicious, and since the roast pork bowl was light, I felt it went well with the miso.

Entered the store when it opened at 11:30 on weekdays. Ordered the rich char siu noodles. The char siu noodles have a seafood punch, but are easy to eat and have an elegant rich taste. I think the noodles are thin and whole grain. The char siu is broiled and thick. Other ingredients include tip menma, spinach, and white-haired green onions. The entanglement of noodles and soup and the ingredients were very well balanced, and I was able to eat delicious ramen for the first time in a long time. I think that seafood is divided into likes and dislikes, but there are variations of taste such as light soy sauce, tonkotsu seafood, miso, and salt, so you may choose another.
