Asahi, Chiba, Japan｜Good Day Ramen 千夏9（チナツナイン）

I visited on a Saturday around 1:40pm. I moved the lunch time a bit, but the parking lot in front of the store was full, so I had to wait a little while. Please note that there is a second parking lot across the road from the national highway, but please do not park in the parking lot in front of the store, as it belongs to another store. See photos for details. The parking lot opened in about 10 minutes, so I entered the store. This time I had the special Chinatsuchan ramen. The soup tasted like sweet miso ramen. Also, the char siew was good, not thin, but thick enough to be chewy.

The Salt Chinatsuchan Ramen was very delicious. It has a junky, wild, robust, powerful, and exciting taste. It’s great that it’s full of onions ✨ There are many things that make Chiba unique! I really want to eat it again. It's quite far so I can't go...😭

Chinatsu-chan ramen, Chinese noodles, any menu is very delicious. The processing of the ingredients and the boiling of the noodles are perfect, and you can feel the owner's commitment to this ramen. In addition, they are very particular about the ingredients, and they use local brand pork for char siu, local brand rice for rice bowls, and other local ingredients. It is also good that you can enjoy local production for local consumption.
