Katori, Chiba, Japan｜Kurumaya Ramen Chiba Omigawa

I went to Kurumaya Ramen in Omigawa, Katori City🐖 Park your car in the parking space in front of the store and enter the store🚶‍♂️ Check out the menu while sitting at the counter. On this day, I was health-conscious, so I ordered vegetable ramen with corn and raw egg as toppings. I also asked for half rice for the service 🙏 A cup of corn yellow and egg yolk orange has arrived 🍜💨 The soup is a salt-based refreshing umami soup. The sweetness of the corn on the shakiri vegetables is amazing🌽 The soup is well entwined with the thin noodles and has a slurping taste😋 To finish, put the egg yolk and vegetables on top of the rice, pour the soup over, and finish the meal in a rice porridge style. It was delicious, it was a treat 🙇‍♂️

This is my second visit. I added half rice, but this was not half rice, but rice, so be careful if you eat a little.

The ramen here has garlic in it and is very rich. The char siu is exquisite! I also like that you can choose between 5 pieces and 3 pieces. Free half rice!
