A ramen shop made by a very fashionable French chef. Open for lunch only. The ramen here is unique. Did you come to eat ramen? I doubt it for a moment (lol) The basic ramen is consommé. Enjoy the meat in shabu-shabu. So delicious! Chilled noodles in summer are always delicious 😋 Some items such as rice balls can also be taken out. There's always some kind of seasonal noodles and they're delicious, so it's a good idea to check out Instagram and other social media♪ This is a ramen shop that you can proudly go on a date with. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. Payment is only in cash, so be sure to carry it in your wallet.

I got the consommé soy sauce because it was recommended to me by a friend. Consommé soy sauce has a light taste, unlike the pork bone type. The pork is then eaten by dipping it into the soup with the meat placed on a plate next to it. This is a good option because the meat cooked at a low temperature will not gradually get cooked in the soup. You can enjoy three different flavors: lime, mead oil, and black pepper (desktop seasoning). I forgot to take a photo, but the char siu rice bowl was also delicious, but this one was thicker and was marinated with the char siu stewed in the sauce. It had egg yolk on it.

I received the limited edition Kashiwa Black. It looks similar to Toyama Black. It's so delicious that you could drink the entire soup with this color! ! Soy sauce is round, not sharp, and has a complex flavor that makes it difficult to understand what's in it (vocabulary) It's a dish with a gentle flavor that you won't be able to stop drinking. But white rice goes well! ! ! If you put white rice in your mouth and eat it with soup or ramen, it will taste immoral...! ! ! ! The rachet quality of the char siew doesn't disappoint every time. The base is soy sauce-flavored dried sardines, which is common in the Kanto region, but even though the flavor of the dried sardines is concentrated, you don't notice the acrid bitterness at all like other ramen shops! Even though the flavor is strong, I end up drinking the soup and can't stop... The char siu served on a separate plate is thick, but when you add it to the hot soup, the fat melts and it becomes soft even though it is thick! I always feel the quality of the chef as I wonder how they can make it so soft with such thickness. The tuna flakes, which have a strong soup stock, become even more flavorful due to the synergistic effect of the soup, and the mellow rice wrapped in egg yolk takes it to a level that cannot be called egg-cooked rice. On top of the ramen is chicken chashu with lots of green onions and a hint of smoke. Is chashu also a bird? ? That's what I thought, but the moment I ate it, I changed my mind. This is the only chashu that goes well with this ramen! ! The flavor of the soup and green onions enhances the value of the chashu many times over. It's so delicious! ! (I can't think of any vocabulary) Ramen made by a French chef...it feels like you're eating a piece of art! ! This is the first time I've had salt ramen with such deep flavor. My stomach was completely gripped. I'm glad that there is such a delicious ramen restaurant in Kitakashiwa. ————————————————————- I received the limited edition bis ramen. Although it is a different vector from Laschet's delicious tanrei ramen, which has a tomato base and concentrated shrimp and crab flavor, it is still a divinely delicious ramen packed with French techniques.
