More Comments at Google MapA ramen shop made by a very fashionable French chef. Open for lunch only. The ramen here is unique. Did you come to eat ramen? I doubt it for a moment (lol) The basic ramen is consommé. Enjoy the meat in shabu-shabu. So delicious! Chilled noodles in summer are always delicious 😋 Some items such as rice balls can also be taken out. There's always some kind of seasonal noodles and they're delicious, so it's a good idea to check out Instagram and other social media♪ This is a ramen shop that you can proudly go on a date with. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. Payment is only in cash, so be sure to carry it in your wallet.
I got the consommé soy sauce because it was recommended to me by a friend. Consommé soy sauce has a light taste, unlike the pork bone type. The pork is then eaten by dipping it into the soup with the meat placed on a plate next to it. This is a good option because the meat cooked at a low temperature will not gradually get cooked in the soup. You can enjoy three different flavors: lime, mead oil, and black pepper (desktop seasoning). I forgot to take a photo, but the char siu rice bowl was also delicious, but this one was thicker and was marinated with the char siu stewed in the sauce. It had egg yolk on it.
I received the limited edition Kashiwa Black. It looks similar to Toyama Black. It's so delicious that you could drink the entire soup with this color! ! Soy sauce is round, not sharp, and has a complex flavor that makes it difficult to understand what's in it (vocabulary) It's a dish with a gentle flavor that you won't be able to stop drinking. But white rice goes well! ! ! If you put white rice in your mouth and eat it with soup or ramen, it will taste immoral...! ! ! ! The rachet quality of the char siew doesn't disappoint every time. It is so delicious that most children can eat it. I am very satisfied with the delicate finish every time. Thank you for the meal this time. If you are still thinking about ordering, please give it a try. —————————————————————- I received the limited edition Niboshi Ramen. The base is soy sauce-flavored dried sardines, which is common in the Kanto region, but even though the flavor of the dried sardines is concentrated, you don't notice the acrid bitterness at all like other ramen shops! When you take a sip of the soup, the flavor of the dried sardines spreads all at once, and then the flavor of the kelp brings the soup together. Even though the flavor is strong, I end up drinking the soup and can't stop... The char siu served on a separate plate is thick, but when you add it to the hot soup, the fat melts and it becomes soft even though it is thick! I always feel the quality of the chef as I wonder how they can make it so soft with such thickness. Thank you for the meal this time. ________________________________________ I had the limited edition Tori Salt Ramen. Generally speaking, salt ramen tends to have a sharp taste and is difficult to create depth, as expected from Laschet. The depth of the soup, which I don't understand how they could get this flavor from the combination of kelp and chicken, matches the special hand-kneaded flat noodles, and once you take a bite, it's a surefire taste. The chef had been thinking about it for a month, and even with simple ingredients, the perfection was divine. Speaking of raschet, it has a deep soup and a strange taste! Lemon is perfect for the hot season, and it adds a refreshing taste! When you add the extra butter you can order, you will momentarily feel the clam chowder sensation, and then the flavor of the animal fat will synergize with the kelp, making it twice as delicious! ! Can one cup be delicious twice? ? ? The melty char siu has a teriyaki flavor and seems to go well with alcohol. Thank you for the meal this time! --------------------------------------------- I had fried white shrimp from the limited guerrilla menu. It's not available every day, so you'll be lucky if you come across it! The price is the current price, but it was about 1300 yen on the day I ordered it. White shrimp with a sweeter taste than regular shrimp Even though the meat is small, the shell retains its crisp texture and rises to a crisp, with a nice amount of salt. This is delicious on its own, but when you squeeze the vinegared oranges that come with it... Isn't it already available in restaurants? ? It tasted like that. The white shrimp was so delicious... I ate it all, thinking that I would be missing out if I didn't eat it. Thank you for the meal. ________________________________________ I received the 2022 limited peanut ramen TKG set. *The photo shows a large serving. As always, the soup has a depth that makes it hard to believe that it is salt-based, and you can only faintly tell that there are peanuts in it, but this is a nice accent and adds to the depth of the soup. This is a soup that you will want to drink completely. The char siu is soft and melty, a favorite among children and adults alike, and sweet pumpkin paste is served next to the sweet potato chips. Scoop soup and pumpkin paste into a spoon and mix with chopsticks to create a sweet and flavorful pumpkin soup. Dip the paste on sweet potato chips and eat it for a sweet treat. The ramen and sweets coexist properly without fighting or becoming a gimmick, making it a single work. You can enjoy a different flavor by adding the egg that was on the ramen to the tuna rice of the TKG set at the end and pouring the soup over it. The tuna flakes, which have a strong soup stock, become even more flavorful due to the synergistic effect of the soup, and the mellow rice wrapped in egg yolk takes it to a level that cannot be called egg-cooked rice. If you have plenty of stomach, be sure to order the TKG set (Tuna Bushi Rice) to finish your meal. The quality has improved since last year, and it's a dish that you can't stop eating with chopsticks. Above all, there is no other ramen in Tokyo where you can enjoy so many different flavors in just one bowl of ramen. Thank you for the meal this time. ________________________________________ I got the limited edition duck ramen. straight forward "Three delicious flavors in one bowl!! Course Ramen" The ramen is so deep and flavorful that you'll give up thinking about what's in it after 3 seconds even after drinking the soup... 1: Delicious duck meat shabu-shabu with soup 2: If you sandwich duck meat with herbs and puree and drink it with soup, it will be as delicious as a legal drug. 3: Dissolving the leftover puree in the soup will change the taste and make the soup completely drinkable. You can enjoy three stages. There are ramen shops in Tokyo run by French chefs, but it's rare to find ramen that incorporates French techniques so deliciously. This time too, the level was very high and I was very satisfied! Being able to eat French food for 1400 yen is already a bug. Thank you for the meal that makes my stomach swell every time...! ! ! ___________________________________ I had the limited edition sea bream ramen. Take a sip of the soup without stirring first. “The sea bream is swimming in the consomme packed with all kinds of flavor!?!?” It's not a cube or granular consommé, but a real consommé soup made by a French chef with sea bream added to it, so it's nothing short of delicious. Then, when you stir the soup a little with the noodles, you can see the blue seaweed coming from the back! ! When you sip this ao and the soup together, the soup will have a golden balance and a perfect taste (Isn't it possible to improve it any further?). When the noodles, soup, and seaweed were mixed together, the salty seaweed was a perfect match for the flavorful sea bream-based soup, and I swallowed it in a hurry even though it would burn my mouth. Even though the ramen is so delicious, the Tai Chazuke served with this soup is the perfect way to finish it off. First, the sea bream kombujime was soaked in the flavor of the kelp, and the more I chewed, the more the flavor came out.I asked myself, ``Why am I eating restaurant-style sashimi at a ramen restaurant?'' But it was delicious, so I stopped thinking and started scratching. Ta. Thank you for the meal this time! ! ! —————————————————————- I had the limited edition miso ramen. First of all, as soon as you enter the store, you can smell the very fragrant miso! ! This is already whetting my appetite... The ramen that was brought to me looked so stylish that I couldn't believe it was miso ramen. When you take a sip of the soup, the combination of umami and miso spreads in your mouth, leaving behind the deep flavor of Laschet and making you want to slurp the aromatic noodles as hard as you can! ! The vegetables on top go well together, and when you eat the vegetables, you want noodles. It was an endless loop of eating noodles and wanting vegetables! ! When I add the chili oil that comes in the mini-astragalus midway through, the spicy flavor goes so well with the vegetables that I'm speechless, like when I'm eating crab (lol) And although it's hard to see in the image, the roasted pork inside is exquisite! ! It's so soft that it will tear if you pick it up with chopsticks, but the surface is fragrant and grilled, so you'll want to dig into it with all the vegetables! ! This time too, I was grabbed by the stomach. The char siu is delicious and you can get it for just 300 yen. Highly recommended! ! ————————————————————— I had the limited edition peanut salt ramen. Peanuts in ramen...? I thought as I took a sip of the soup. The next thing you know, it's hard to believe it's salt ramen, and your mouth is flooded with so much flavor that you can't even see the bottom! ! Why is it that the flavor is so strong and the flavors don't compete even though it's salt! ? ! ? That's what I thought, but the peanuts rounded out the flavor and brought together a lot of flavors without overcrowding them. On top of the ramen is chicken chashu with lots of green onions and a hint of smoke. Is chashu also a bird? ? That's what I thought, but the moment I ate it, I changed my mind. This is the only chashu that goes well with this ramen! ! The flavor of the soup and green onions enhances the value of the chashu many times over. It's so delicious! ! (I can't think of any vocabulary) Ramen made by a French chef...it feels like you're eating a piece of art! ! This is the first time I've had salt ramen with such deep flavor. My stomach was completely gripped. I'm glad that there is such a delicious ramen restaurant in Kitakashiwa. ————————————————————- I received the limited edition bis ramen. Although it is a different vector from Laschet's delicious tanrei ramen, which has a tomato base and concentrated shrimp and crab flavor, it is still a divinely delicious ramen packed with French techniques. The moment I drank the soup, I wondered if it was a high-class soup that comes in a course meal. I thought. And the lotus root chips on top are an unexpected ambush! ! ! ! ! ! Is it okay to eat French cuisine for 1,400 yen when you dip it in the soup and it tastes so well thought out? ? ! ? situation. Then, when you dip the rice into the remaining soup and eat it, it gives off a sense of immorality...and you'll be very satisfied. Thank you for always providing delicious ramen.
