Yesterday I was working on-site in Kamisu, so in the evening I visited "Taihei Ramen" for the first time, which reopened on September 1st 🚙💨 Since it was my first visit, I took a close look at the menu... I was hesitant about the default, but I wanted something spicy, so I ordered the limited-time secret menu ``Spicy Negi Sesame Ramen 1,150 yen + Large Noodles 180 yen'' and the mild mini rice ``Drool Chicken Bento 300 yen.'' The rice bowls arrived at almost the same time, so we'll start with 🍜🙏 Miso soup with a mellow sesame scent✨ When you lift the noodles, the miso soup coats the medium-thin noodles 🍜 As you eat, you will get mixed with the meat miso and spicy green onions, which will accelerate your appetite🔥 You can enjoy the unique taste of the soup with the addition of spiciness and eat all the noodles😋 Next, I will have drool chicken 🙏 The crunchy texture is so good~ Drooling chicken❗️ The black sauce also satisfies your appetite, and when you put it on 🍚, the rice becomes smooth even after you have eaten 🍜×②🎶 This was also a very satisfying dinner that was eaten in no time. It was my first visit in a while. I wanted to eat sesame ramen so I took a detour and stopped by. I chose spicy green onion sesame ramen from the secret menu. I don't like spicy food, so I asked the staff and she said it wasn't too spicy, so I ordered it. At first, I enjoyed the regular sesame ramen without the spicy green onions, and halfway through I mixed in the spicy green onions to change the taste and it was delicious. 😄

One of the few delicious ramen shops in Kamisu City (I think it's the most delicious ramen shop in the neighborhood) The noodles seem to be homemade, and the steak ramen I ate this time has a traditional taste based on soy sauce. There is depth in its flavor, and you can understand why it is so popular with just one bite. It was a luxurious cup with 2 large pieces of braised pork. We also ordered the famous “lunch box”. This is a set of stick chicken and rice. Don't think stick stick chicken is just steamed chicken. I can't stop eating rice with soft meat. .
