Ordered Ajitama Chinese Soba and Tsukemen Namimori The Chinese soba noodles were flat and curly, and the soup had a slightly sweet taste, and it was delicious when eaten with a large amount of green onions. Tsukemen is a light soup that is fun to eat with a little seasoning on the table. In the end, I decided that the next dish would be tsukemen. *I had purchased the wrong ticket and when I told the store staff (I think it was the store manager), they kindly took care of it. Since I was exchanging it for something of the same price, I was thinking of simply rewriting the ticket by hand or something, but I had to open the ticket vending machine, set it up, and purchase the item I requested. Sorry 😖 2023.3 I ordered raw shichimi tsukemen, and the raw shichimi was not spicy and had a great aroma, and it mixed with the noodles and was delicious till the end. The green leaves on the raw shichimi went well with the tsukemen ☺️ (I might want it as a topping) I'll be ordering again 🤗 The gyoza are normally delicious and cost 300 yen for 6 pieces.

I stopped by and was surprised. The Chinese noodles have an atmosphere very similar to Yamagata's Kenchan Ramen. Ken-chan fans in the Kanto region will definitely be impressed.
