Very good umami hit is all I can say. Make sure you go with a big appetite. I chose the Hokkaido miso option. The char siu was really good. Solid crispy and soft on the inside texture. I will go again. But only if am starved for hours. Huge portions. So take it easy on ordering extra toppings.

They secure enough space for individual with robust and clear partions. (Kyushu miso ramen & simmered giblets) very nice!
