More Comments at Google MapThis is my fourth visit report. I tried Negi Mazesoba, Addictive Ramen, and Shio Ramen, and I liked them all, so I was having a hard time deciding what to order. I saw someone else's comment that ``Miso is delicious,'' so I decided to try miso today and ordered it! Today again, my order went through with the owner's cheerful voice saying, "Hi!" They also happily order noodle soup. The rice bowl is ready in a few minutes. First of all, I was struck by the size of the chashu. Not only is it big, but it's also incredibly thick! 1 cm? No, the char siu was probably 1.5 centimeters long, and it looked like a steak. I was surprised by the completely different approach to the thin pork roast pork. I was very satisfied with the texture, but how do I make 3 pieces of Waraji char siu noodles? ? It's so voluminous! . Men want to eat the meat as is! However, because of its size, it may be a bit difficult (embarrassing?) for women to eat it, so it is possible to have it cut to size when serving. I felt the depth of the taste of miso! . Miso ramen can also be called miso ramen, which tastes like miso soup, but it has nothing to do with that kind of taste. According to the owner, ``They use a blend of multiple types of miso.'' I love green onions, so I was thinking about adding green onion toppings, but I wonder if spicy green onions would overpower the flavor of the miso? That's why I didn't have any toppings this time. However, I vowed to myself that the next time I order miso ramen, I would like to try the green onion topping (╹◡╹). The miso soup mixed with the straight noodles was also a good match, and I felt that the balance of flavors was very good. Miso soup that soaks into the chashu... This is also delicious! . Even though I didn't have to make a large portion, I was still full. I wonder if it's different from the richness, but anyway, it's a cup where you can enjoy the flavor of miso. This is my third visit. I came here with a friend who was going for the first time. Today I decided to try salt ramen and came here. I ordered the salt ramen without any hesitation, and the noodles were perfect. At the same time, the owner's voice said, ``Hello!'' At the same time, my friend asked, ``I don't like spiciness for spicy vegetable mixed noodles, so could you please make the green onions less spicy?'' The owner said, ``Hello! No spiciness. Is that so?” I confirm. When I answered, ``Yes, I'd like to have white-haired green onions without any spiciness,'' she said, ``I understand!'' and happily accepted my order. For mazesoba noodles, the noodles are soaked in cold water, so my salt ramen was served first. Hmmm! It's not naru, it's kamaboko. The noodles are arranged neatly and it looks like a ramen commercial! beautiful! . The clear soup and the aroma of steam... this seems to be something to look forward to. About a minute later, my friend's Wagamama order of ``Spicy Vegetable Mazesoba without Spicy'' also arrived. Oh? White-haired green onions look so delicious! With a little help, she added the toppings to my salt ramen (╹◡╹). So, please note that this is not a photo of ordinary salt ramen. Of course, green onion topping is also an option, but this time I wanted to try plain salt. I wonder if it's a regular customer for a few minutes until the rice bowl arrives. I overheard the shopkeeper's conversation. Apparently, there has been an evolution in the preparation of soup. ``Seriously...I wanted to compare the before and after evolution...'' I felt a little regretful, but for a moment I scooped up some soup with my lotus and took a sip. Yeah! It's very refreshing. There is no beach or seafood smell at all. It has a strong umami flavor with a slight sweetness. It is different from common synthetic umami ingredients. It doesn't taste like chemical seasonings. Try sipping two and three sips. I can't stop this... You don't want the noodles to stretch, so slurp the noodles right away. The original noodles made in-store are straight noodles. The balance of the not-so-thick soup mixed with the noodles is also good. You can really taste the noodles and soup in your mouth. Even so, it's piping hot! . The bowl is also quite warm. I think the soup probably gets cold easily because it's not too fatty. What's more, ramen bowls have a wide mouth, unlike soba bowls. Is the result based on calculations? You can feel the owner's commitment. Eating piping hot ramen while sweating in a temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius was a special experience. The soup was so delicious that I drank it all. A few hours after drinking the soup I thought I would definitely get thirsty (too much salt), but that didn't happen. Is this also the secret of that soup? My companions seemed to like it, too, and were overwhelmed by the volume and deliciousness of the chashu, and enjoyed the crunchy white-haired green onions without the spiciness. The soup that comes with the Mazesoba type is also a favorite, as it has a very gentle taste. Well, if the soup has evolved, it goes without saying that the soup that comes with Mazesoba has also evolved! . The taste of the soup that came with the green onion mazesoba I received on my first visit was a taste that had not yet evolved. I remember it well, so I have to taste it before my memory fades... Ah, I now have an excuse to visit the store again soon... Ramen jumbo on this day? There was someone ordering. I was surprised by the large bowl that seemed to fit my head! . I was very surprised that he ate it all. Yoshi, what should we do next? I took a photo of the menu, so I would like to take my time deciding on my order while grinning. Yeah! Miso ramen and gyoza! . Let's try making gyoza for the first time. The owner is very bright and friendly, and the female hall staff are also very attentive to the cold drinks. The restrooms are clean, and I'm sorry to smokers that smoking is prohibited inside the store, but I'm very happy about it. The store is air-conditioned to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, but we have also opened the back door and windows slightly to improve ventilation. Well, I found a restaurant that I'm looking forward to when I'll go next time. This is my second visit. I finally ordered the ``Yawanan'' menu that I had been really curious about (╹◡╹). Oh my God! Plump collagen. As you can see, it has guinea meat and cartilage, and is lightly seasoned with only salt and pepper. First, a bite. “Nandakore!” This does accumulate…. If I didn't have to drive, I'd definitely go for beer🍺. Add a little chili oil to make it spicy, add shichimi to make it even more spicy, or of course, leave it with salt and pepper! . It looks like it's bound to sell out, so it's best to arrive early. By the time I left the store, they said they were sold out. ↑I was lucky to be able to eat it. Then, I had my long-awaited ``addictive ramen.'' I don't know how to express this either... I was expecting a super spicy red soup when I heard that it uses homemade chili oil, but it turned out to be clear. It's not as spicy as chili oil, but has a good balance of umami and spiciness. I should say that the spiciness is not in the foreground, but rather in the umami. It was a deliciousness that I had never experienced before. And as I felt when I tried the Mazesoba, the noodles were really delicious. The smoothness that goes down your throat is unique to straight noodles, and I really like the chewy and flavorful flavor. Since the noodles are straight, the soup doesn't get too entangled, so if you eat the noodles while occasionally bringing the soup to your mouth with a lotus wheel, you'll find that they go very well together. I'm a fan of extra-thick, curly noodles, so I feel a little unsatisfied, but these homemade special noodles were pretty good. After getting about half of it, I finally broke out the raw egg (which is said to be the standard topping). This egg has a rich yolk and is delicious. The noodles, soup, and yolk intertwine, and when you slurp it up, it's delicious. Also, the service comes with half rice. Scoop the soup with a lotus flower and serve it with rice... Transform into addictive rice! This is definitely addictive... It contains garlic, so please be careful about that. ↑I think it's an irresistible flavor for garlic lovers. It contains minced garlic instead of grated garlic. I was so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take pictures... This time I was really happy that I was able to eat both of the menu items I had longed for. Now, next time I'm curious about the rice dishes, Kashiwa rice, and mayonnaise ramen... Taiwanese mazesoba with side dish... I was looking forward to the next restaurant and taste. We will be closed from 2022/08/29 to 9/8. Please check it out if you are visiting. First visit. I came here after being introduced to it by a friend. I was drawn to the menu called Mazesoba and ordered green onion Mazesoba. I thought it was noodles without soup, but it had a unique taste and was very delicious with the spicy green onions. I think it's similar to abura soba, but it's also a little different. It has an addictive taste and deliciousness that you can enjoy while mixing. The Hatcho miso gyoza that I ordered together is wrapped in red bean paste and carefully baked after the order is placed (all gyoza are wrapped after the order is placed). Miso on gyoza? I think this is also delicious. If you let it bounce around the rice, it will make the rice taste even better. There are other menu items that I would like to try, so I would like to come again. 4 counter seats Table seats: 4 people x 1 Table: 2 people x 1 table Small raised tatami room table for 8 people had. There is no smoking inside the store, The raised tatami room is perfect for families with small children. Looks good. The smoking area was outside. The inside of the store felt very clean. The dishes are original and have the store's name on them. It felt nice to the touch and had an atmosphere. There was a person who was probably a regular customer who was eating a very large bowl of green onion mazesoba. I didn't try it this time, but I really like the "soft Nankotsu" menu! Some people said that it goes well with beer. The owner and staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. There is space for 2 to 3 cars in the parking lot. There was no coin parking in sight. Next time, I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and determined to order the owner's recommended ``Addictive Ramen.''
Added January 2023 Rich and oily, it's delicious! I especially like the regular soy sauce ramen! I also tried the miso and salt, and it was delicious! It becomes habit! Added August 2021 I ate Taiwan Mazesoba. Consistent volume! Very satisfied! It's filling, so it's full of satisfaction. As expected, ramen is basically full. Here, you can get a small bowl of rice for free, and the Isshindo ramen is huge, with five bowls for the same price! Be careful not to eat too much! !
I ate Yamitsuki Ramen + Yawanan + Gyoza. To be honest, I was fumbling, but it was the first time in 30 years since I lived nearby, but it was delicious. The manager is also a very nice person. I felt that I could continue to be loved here. Above all, my wife is happy. It was good. By the way, the taste of ramen was similar to Taiwan ramen. Thank you for the meal.
