Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan｜Yumeyakata

I visited Yumeyakata for the first time in a while. Ordered Japanese-style ramen (one ball) and Japanese-style chilled ramen (summer only, one ball). The hot soup and thin noodles are a perfect match for the Japanese-style ramen. Currently, not only ramen but also hamburgers, ginger grills, etc. are served. Next time I would like to challenge the set meal. It was a feast.

I was able to eat my long-awaited fire noodles! The noodles are soft and will stretch if you don't eat them quickly. A long time ago, there was an affiliated store in Tsuchiura, and I loved flame noodles, but I couldn't eat it, so I went here! Delicious as expected! The restaurant is currently operating within the Kashiwa Public Market, with the concept of ramen that everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy for a lifetime, with a gentle seafood flavor that saturates all five organs and senses. The general public can enter as well, and the parking lot is vast and free, so it's fun to enter markets you don't usually go to. The roasted pork fried rice that was released after moving here is also delicious and I always order it. We hope that this ramen shop will continue to be open for many years to come, with a flavor that everyone in the area will enjoy.
