Visited after 1pm on a weekday. Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant was very busy with people waiting to get in. I ordered the special miso ramen and the limited edition offal miso ramen. When I compared the two types of ramen, I could taste the deliciousness of each. Motsu miso has a strong flavor and is a bit spicy, while special miso is milder and gentler. Both are delicious! Recently, the customer base has expanded to include families and young people (middle and high school students), so you often have to wait inside the restaurant, but you can often see young people playing games on their smartphones even after finishing their meal. I think it would be nice if the staff could encourage these customers to leave by putting down the dishes they have eaten, etc., which would reduce the waiting time a little more.
