Visited for a late lunch around 14:00 on Saturday. Actually, when I visited the store after noon last time, the parking lot in front of the store was full. The interior of the shop is very stylish and has a great atmosphere, just as it advocates French ramen. The children ordered the soy sauce ramen, my wife ordered the thick chicken ramen, and I ordered the truffle flavored soba. I see, it certainly doesn't taste like ramen. I don't know French well, but it might be close to pasta. It was new, but delicious. Every ramen was sweet, and although there was no children's ramen, the children ate it with pelori. (By the way, the soy sauce ramen that my two children ordered might have been the most delicious.) Also, when I asked for a plate for my younger child, he responded politely. A ramen shop where you can really feel the commitment. Since it was my first visit, I had the standard ramen. The chicken flavored soup has a good balance of tomatoes and is just delicious. This is a ramen shop that I found by chance. As the store name suggests, it felt like French. Since it was my first time, I had soy sauce ramen. My daughter ordered pork noodles and my wife ordered tomato ramen. The tomato ramen arrived first, but the smell of powdered cheese was so strong that I forgot I was at a ramen shop😅 Next, ramen and pork noodles arrived. Soup is delicious. Also the char siu is delicious I wonder if it's boiled in low temperature oil because it's a confit? At first I thought the tomato ramen was pasta-like, but the soup is also very delicious, and you can enjoy various flavors by adding cream and spiciness. The store is large and I think there were 2 counters and 3 tables as far as I could see. Next time, I would like to try the rich chicken ramen and tsukemen! It was so delicious.
