This noodle soup is syoyu base and not fatty. Noodle is thin and but not same as Kyusyu noodle. Try to feel unique taste.

The noodles are whole wheat, fine noodles, and the soup is delicious with a wheat smell. The raw chopped onion is an accent and makes it refreshing. If you grab it with chopsticks, it will loosen up. Menma is also soft and delicious. As you continue to eat, the soy sauce gets a little spicy, so you can add some kelp vinegar from the table to keep it refreshing until the end. The tsukemen is soaked in kelp water, but it's delicious enough to be eaten as is. I feel like I'll eat it all the way to the end. The dipping sauce is a thick bonito soup that goes perfectly with the noodles. The chicken chashu topping is soft and easy to enjoy. Finally, add kelp water to the dipping sauce and enjoy. The fried chicken is juicy and coated with dashi soup. The Katsutamadon is delicious with plenty of dried bonito flakes. Also, the rice was delicious.
