It is a light miso ramen that is very easy to eat. Since it's miso ramen, I expected the noodles to be quite thick, but even with this thickness, the soup was well coated. While the pork topping is also gone, it is a unique dish that contains sea lettuce, making it even more refreshing. Furthermore, the seaweed topping is enough to satisfy your cravings. Secret ingredient? There is also lemon topping, which is also good for the taste. The fried gyoza I ordered as a side menu had a crispy skin and a nice sweetness to it, so I could eat several of them. It was my first time, but I was very satisfied.

Tsu is the main branch, so this time I ordered the Matsusaka branch limited menu. The light soy sauce and juicy fried chicken were also delicious.

Visited on holidays. We arrived before 11:30, but there were already about 5 groups of customers ahead of us, so we waited for about 30 minutes. There are only 4 counter seats and tables, so it's always full and you'll have to wait. I've always eaten miso ramen, but today I had the Tamamazesoba with spicy sauce for the first time. It had just the right amount of spiciness, and it also contained chunks of pork and minced meat, so it was very meaty and extremely delicious. Although it is delicious, a small amount of rice is served. It was painful even though I was hungry ( ˊᵕˋ ;) However, you can eat a lot with this amount. It was a highly satisfying item!
