First of all, the ramen soup is made from pork bones, but there is no smell at all. The tonkotsu bone is a solid base, and the umami of seafood, dried sardines, or something else and the umami of the vegetables mix without conflict, raising the level of umami through a synergistic effect. The ramen I ordered contained seaweed and seaweed, and when I put it in my mouth along with the noodles, the scent of the sea spread through my mouth, giving it a nostalgic flavor. It's not overpowering, and it has a wonderful balance that doesn't overpower the flavor of the soup. You can choose the firmness of the thin noodles depending on your preference. The sad thing about it is that it is closed on the first Monday and Sunday of the month, so you can't go unless you take a day off. The parking lot is relatively easy to park, but it's not a very large store, so I went there secretly by myself. I would like to go eat there again when I have some time off.
