Ramen was so good

I ordered the red spicy beef, medium spicy and han fried rice set. Fried rice and ramen are both very delicious. I can't express it well, but the fat, spiciness, and probably the flavor of the beef bones went together so well that I couldn't help but drink it over and over again. The noodles are thin and curly and go well with the soup. There are a lot of strange flavor items such as garlic on the table. The presentation was a bit disappointing compared to the menu, but the taste was good so I guess it's okay. Coming from the Kanto region, I was looking for ancestry and Malatan food, so I feel like I was able to fulfill both of those needs. I want to go again.

I visited a ramen shop that just opened last month. Its name is "Makotoya". The number of stores seems to be increasing rapidly these days, This Suzuka Mikkaichicho Chuo-dori store is one of them. This is a shop that sells very rare beef bone ramen. I have only eaten one cup of beef bone in the past. I ordered beef jan ramen for 770 yen and fried gyoza. Gyoza is free with the LINE friend addition benefit until June. I ordered Barikata, which is one step higher in noodle hardness than the recommended one. There was no powder removal or steaming. [Gyujan Ramen] Hakata ramen looks like a typical Hakata ramen, but When you take a sip of the soup, you will be surprised at the difference. The soup is quite creamy and has a lot of sweetness, but after that you get a strong beef bone flavor. This also has a strong taste, Even if you don't say it's a cow bone, you can clearly tell that it's a cow. Beef bones have long been avoided in ramen because of their strong taste, but I get the impression that they are making good use of that taste. Makotoya's website states that each store prepares its own soup, and the quality of the soup is such that you can trust their words. However, the normal beef jan ramen also contains a decent amount of melon oil, and it seems that it is forced to become black beef bone ramen instead of black pork bone. Well, I think they'll remove it if you say so. Since the base beef bone soup is solid, I find it difficult to understand why they would add merian oil by default. I wish they would serve the black beef jan ramen separately. [Yaki Gyoza] There isn't much filling and the skin is squishy. This is a disappointing gyoza with a burnt smell that stands out more than the aroma. Well, it's probably frozen. I was really impressed with the soup. From now on, beef bone ramen may become more common in many regions. Thank you for the meal.
