Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Smile

I ordered the Ise Ebi Tsukemen which came with a thick, bubbly broth! The richness of the taste is unlike anything I've tasted in Japan. It's similar to the taste of prawn noodles in Singapore, so it reminded me of home 😉 I highly recommend it!! The shop is clean and the service was friendly and efficient. A great find in Matsusaka!

11/20 Fifth visit. This time, I tried Tokuno Ise shrimp tsukemen and pickled rice bowl for the first time. It gets more delicious every time I come. Matsusaka Standard is great because you can write your name in before the store opens and wait in your car! The tsukemen went very well with the fresh wasabi garnish, and I had the chewy noodles, but next time I'll try the chewy noodles as well. This is a tsukemen shop that has the best in everything from customer service to everything. 3/30 I went there for the first time in a while. It's even more delicious than before! The price of tsukemen has increased to 1,000 yen, but for an additional 300 yen, you'll be sure to get full, as it comes with exquisite fried chicken and average rice. Even though I don't really like tsukemen, I want to come back here again. --- Is delicious! I prefer it to famous stores like Rokurinsha. The flavor of the noodles, the texture, the toppings, everything. 200g of nodoguro tsukemen for 960 yen and special char siu and flavored egg for 100 yen are cost-effective. The noodles are served with a rich sauce, and the sea bream soup at the end is refreshing. The staff had good customer service and the space was very nice. Next time I will come to eat Ise shrimp tsukemen.

The noodles themselves have a seafood flavor and are delicious on their own! It is also good to eat with salt. The soup you drink with the sea bream soup at the end is also delicious. I was satisfied from beginning to end! Even if the store moves in February, I will go again!
