✨Soy sauce noodles (1000 yen) I went to ``Nendo Yamada'' which I had always wanted to go to 🍜 A ramen shop that focuses on local production for local consumption in Mie Prefecture. When you first purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine, your order will be placed automatically! ️ There are only counter seats inside the store. I was surprised that the store was wider than I expected🫢 The soup is a thick clear soy sauce ramen🍜 There are no unpleasant tastes, simple but delicious 😍 The noodles are thin and straight! ️ It has a chewy texture and is firm to my liking 💕 The char siu is full of rare char siu shoulder loin, pork belly, and chicken parsley ❤️ Topped with bamboo shoots and seaweed. Personally, I like ramen with dried sardines, so I think I'll try the ramen with dried sardines next time😍

The level of ramen is so high that it is not found in Mie Prefecture. Those who don't know the taste of ramen comment that it's expensive or not delicious, but I think it's cheap considering the cost price.

It was a light and delicious ramen that you could eat even in the morning. Speaking of greed, I would appreciate it if you could choose the hardness of the noodles. I felt that the noodles were a little too boiled for me. However, it goes well with the soup and is a delicious ramen (^-^)v
