We have salt ramen, which is rare among Iekei ramen. Salt brings out the aroma and taste of the soup and chicken oil directly, so I always order salt ramen at Kimuya. It's so creamy and rich that I can't get enough of it. The hardness, thickness, and oil of the noodles are ``normal, normal, and extra.'' Since it's family-made, the flavor is a little strong. I would like to order other menu items, but I can only stop by when I go home, so I always stick to salt ramen! The inside of the store is bright and has a nice atmosphere, so you won't think it's a ramen shop when you walk in. The seats are spacious, so it's easy for families to go. The staff's customer service is also kind and pleasant. I want to go back to my hometown and eat there again soon (^^)
