I had been curious about it for a while, but the timing finally worked out and I was able to stop by. First of all, I decided to start with the basics, so I had the soy sauce ramen flavored egg topping. Delicious seafood-based soup (the seafood flavor is outstanding, but it's not just a seafood flavor), noodles that go well together, Gonta's shinachiku, the best boiled egg with salted plums, and a well-balanced chashu. It came together very well and was delicious.

It was so delicious that I went there two days in a row. The first time I ordered soy sauce ramen. Although the soup is soy sauce based, the soup stock has a strong flavor and is refreshing yet strong. Although the noodles are thin, they have a moderate chewy texture and are satisfying to eat. The flavored egg was also very delicious with a thick yolk. The garlic soy sauce on the table is really delicious, and when you add it to the soup, it completely changes the impression. The soup was so delicious that I ended up drinking it all. On the second day, I ordered Mazesoba. When you think of Mazesoba, you might think of a junky taste, but this one had an elegant taste similar to Japanese-style pasta. Although it contained chunky meat, it wasn't too oily and you could really enjoy the flavor of the soy sauce and stock. Oimeshi is very satisfying because it holds the rice well. I want to go again.

I went with the feeling of soy sauce ramen, but I went for mazesoba (lol) Hidan miso mazesoba is rare! Unlike a certain Taiwanese mazesoba, it had a gentle taste and was easy to eat until the end even though it was a large serving. The char siu, or rather meat, was grilled on a stove like a yakitori restaurant, and I was impressed by the attention to detail! At the end of the day, I had a follow-up meal and was satisfied with 100 points. My son is Tsukemen. It is not a concentrated type. I'm glad you were able to eat it all.
