Visited for Taiwan mixed soba. While there are many shops that offer something like Taiwan mixed soba, this place does it properly. The noodles are hot and delicious. The ambush was the broiled wagyu beef motsudon. The offal is exquisite and I want to go there for this purpose. You may feel that 590 yen is expensive for a mini bowl with ramen, but I don't think you can eat such a delicious offal at a yakiniku restaurant for 590 yen. By the way, I also ordered a Karadon on another day, but it was too greasy for my old man's stomach. The first bite was delicious. I think it's good to ask for a single item.
