At the moment I saw the glossy texture of the noodles, I thought that the texture would be somewhat predictable, but I was surprised by the unexpected chewy texture. It was a noodle that was just about halfway between thin noodles and medium-thick noodles. I ordered Chinese soba char siu medium serving with 1 spicy garlic. The service came with a coleslaw-like salad, which was great for me as a salad lover. The green onions were crispy, and the menma and char siu were very delicious. The chashu was also soft and delicious. I drank the soup to the end with my favorite soy sauce flavor. I live in Kanagawa Prefecture, so I don't think I can come anymore, but I wanted to try the salty one. I will definitely repeat if I am in the area.

I visited with my elementary school daughter. I had both Chinese soba and salt ramen, and each one had its own unique flavor and was delicious. (You can also adjust the spiciness and garlic.) The ramen was delicious, but I was very grateful for the thoughtfulness of my daughter, who doesn't like green onions. We hope to see you again when you are in the area.
