It seems to be called Suzuka Black, a ramen called Kokushi Musou. It's a curry ramen, but the thick pork bone soup is mellow, and it's pretty amazing with 230g of thick noodles, char siu, and ma oil. But so delicious!

I visited in August 2021, and although I had heard that curry ramen was popular, it was a very hot day so I ordered the tonkotsu and soy sauce ramen (¥770). The homemade noodles are straight and thin, and the soup has a deep flavor, although it doesn't smell like pork bones. Unlike common spicy miso, the spicy grated garlic on top doesn't interfere with the flavor when mixed with the soup; in fact, it's a booster that deepens the richness ^ ^ You can also have extra noodles (¥100). Various sets (gyoza, rice bowls, fried chicken, etc.) come with rice for an additional ¥250. It was very delicious. Next time I definitely want to try curry ramen ^ ^

Soy sauce kiwami large serving 730 yen excluding tax. Double soup of bonito and chicken without any unpleasant taste. Although the noodles are thin, they are also filling. A large size is a reasonable extra 100 yen. I was able to use PayPay!
