I had the Taiwanese mazesoba. The noodles were thick and chewy, and the flavor was strong and delicious. I found it quite spicy, probably because I don't have a high tolerance for spicy food. (It's not so spicy that you can't eat it.) The portion was larger than I expected, and I was full after eating about 70% of it. It said that there would be a free side meal, and I was interested in it because it looked delicious when added to the leftover soup, but I was already full so I decided not to try it this time. This time I had it without garlic, but I thought it would have had a different flavor if I added it. I ate at the counter, and the counter was very long and there was a good distance between the people next to me, so I felt comfortable. Next time I'd like to come back even more hungry.

I visited around 19:00 on a weekday. It was empty when we came, but there were people waiting around 20:00. The turnover rate was good, so I was able to sit down immediately. Ordered Taiwan mixed soba with cheese and fried chicken (3 pieces). The fried chicken is crispy, juicy and delicious! ! I gave one to my family, but I regretted it a little 😂 Taiwan Mazesoba has chewy noodles and the smell of fishmeal is very delicious 🤤💓 You can't see it, but there's cheese inside! I'm not good at spicy food, so it was quite spicy, but it was still delicious ☺️ The finishing rice is also the best! ! I regretted that I should have added char siu later when I realized that I could add it as a topping 😭💦 I will definitely add it next time I go! I was very satisfied ✨️ I want to go again ✊

It was my first time eating Taiwanese mazesoba (not available in Taiwan), and it was a little spicy and delicious. I left out the garlic because I was at work, but I still wish I had added garlic! Second visit. This time, I prioritize garlic over going to a customer. Just adding garlic triples the punching power. If you ask the staff for some rice, they will put in the amount of white rice that matches the leftover soup (usually less). Stir the rice with the lotus until there are no white spots left, then take 1/3 of the rice and put it in your mouth. The punch of garlic and chives and the subtly enveloping flavor of the egg made it a complete meal. The third time, I added too much rice and it was too much. It might be better to have slightly less delicious rice. The only downside is that it's hard to get a smartphone signal.
