Staffs are super helpful and efficient. Ordering by using electronic devices with photo, very easy. Have parking area. Dining area and toilet are super clean. Ramen noodles are tasty.

I was curious, so I went to Ohanaya to visit noodles with my best friend. I've eaten salt ramen several times in the past, but the natural salt ramen here was absolutely delicious. The two of us were blown away by the mellow natural salt soup that was as good as the thin straight noodles, green onions, and chashu pork. The green onions are so crunchy that you'd want them with beer. The chashu is so soft that it melts in your mouth! I think the fried chicken is a little bigger than other stores! It was delicious. The char siu was also delicious. The staff were young, energetic, and had great smiles. (Especially the female staff member who brought it to the table was wonderful.) The store manager gave me a rough recipe for soup, but I doubt I'll be able to copy it 100%. (Thank you for letting me know) I'm going to eat different noodles again with my best friend, so please come again. Please take care of yourself and do your best with lots of energy and a beautiful smile.

When I called to inquire about business hours the other day, "Today's soup is sold out! I'm sorry." I was expecting a little taste, so I went there. The salt ramen was delicious, as the reputation suggests. The strong flavor of the dashi stock, the umami of the occasional green onion oil, and the slightly fragrant yuzu flavor were a perfect match. The noodles are a type of noodles that absorb the soup well, and although the soup is thick, the noodles don't taste bad. Fried rice is rather light rather than moist. The diced char siu has a strong taste, so if you're going to eat it together, this may be just right. If you like fried rice with a solid taste like Umaya, it may not suit you.
