Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan｜鶏と魚 中華そば 大林 イオンタウン四日市泊

It was a pleasure tasting food in Japan after nearly 4 years. Me and my colleagues had come to Aeon mall for shopping. After shopping, for dinner we came across this place in the food court and after lot of thinking (browsing menu with Google lens) we ordered Ramen noodles pork. Presentation was good and taste was amazing. Must visit place if you are a ramen lover.

2023.10.5 I came to Minami-Yokkaichi Station on a business trip, so I decided to go eat some ramen as a hobby. This restaurant is amazing, does it serve this high quality ramen on a daily basis? When I came to the store, I had clam soup, pork soup, and chashu rice bowl. This is my first time making fresh clams, but it's delicious! The thick guinea pig pork is light, but the soup is packed with strong umami. There's no pork smell at all, and the whole wheat noodles are smooth and chewy. It's the first time I've had such delicious ramen at a food court, and if I ever come here again, I'd definitely like to come back. Thank you for the meal.

I had today's Chinese soba (monkfish & chicken) topped with a flavored egg. First, soup. Although it contains monkfish, there is no fishy smell at all. The char siu is melt-in-your-mouth softness. Soft enough to fall apart with chopsticks The noodles are made from whole wheat flour and have a pleasant aroma. I was very satisfied and got it to the end. The soup is so delicious that you can drink it all the way through without feeling salty. Morning ramen is also available here. I want to order rice next time. However, even though it is so delicious, I feel that the store's appeal is quite weak, so it would be a waste to pass by. Thank you for the really delicious ramen.
