This time I ordered the restaurant's signature menu, Tonkotsu Soy Sauce♪ This restaurant seems to be known for its sweet homemade kaeshi, but it's not that overpowering, and it goes well with the tonkotsu and is delicious😋 The noodles are thin straight noodles, and you can choose the hardness! There are mustard mustard greens, garlic, mustard miso, etc. on the table, and it's great that you can customize your favorite ramen with your favorite toppings to create a bowl just the way you like it. ♪ Although it has just opened, the customer service was very good.

The gyoza and salt ramen were very delicious. Also, kimchi is served for free, but since it is Korean-style kimchi, it is more flavorful and delicious than spicy. (I tried to buy some to take home, but I couldn't buy it because they didn't have it in stock.) Unfortunately, it will be closed at the end of this month, but I wish I had visited it sooner.
