I had the image of a ``tenant space where the shops often change'' starting from Kouen, but after seeing the information on Instagram, I thought ``I would definitely like to go to this ramen shop.'' I was finally able to go. I was confused after looking at the menu, so I simply ordered the soy sauce ramen. However, just as the ramen arrived, I received a phone call, so I left my seat for about 1-2 minutes.When I returned to my seat, the ramen was not there😭🍜. When I asked the store clerk, she said, "We are currently remaking it, so please wait a little longer." Although I felt sorry that I had to make the ramen again even though I had to leave for some reason, I was grateful for the staff's wonderful response and received the piping hot ramen. It was a delicious soy sauce soup with two types of pork and a long pork belly, light but rich in flavor from the oil base. I was hungry, so I added half a cup of fried rice. It was possible to order from the audience seats. The chunky char siu was delicious. The same goes for ramen, but if the customer service is good, you'll feel good about it, so it's good. I would definitely like to try the backfat soy sauce and tsukemen again.

We had special soy sauce ramen, ajitama soy sauce ramen, fried rice and fried chicken. Ramen noodles are beautiful and delicious with clear soup. There were two types of char siu, and the tall bamboo shoots were also in harmony with the soup. The noodles were whole wheat noodles and felt quite firm. It's firm, so it's filling, and the review I saw in advance said there weren't many noodles, so I asked for fried rice, but the noodles alone were enough. Also, the delivery was very fast.

I thought, but as I continued to eat it, it became so delicious that it disappeared before I knew it🤪 The noodles feel sweet and have a presence, so if you like rich tsukemen, I think you will like it🥰 Ordinary rich seafood may be choked with a lot of fishmeal. But it was usually so delicious that I expected it again 😋
