More Comments at Google MapFirst visit The owner is a very nice person! Ordered green onion miso char siu with medium portion of menma and more backfat. This is the first time ramen has been brought to Obon! Is the chashu served beautifully arranged and slightly grilled? It was very soft and delicious! The menma is also thick and great. The volume of green onions exceeded my expectations and I had a hard time eating them even at the middle portion...lol Apparently they also serve salt ramen? ? A regular customer tried it? was being eaten I would definitely like to try it next time I go. I'll be there next week too! Thank you for the meal m(*_ _)m
I ate here for the first time since my recovery. It was so good that I ate it two days in a row. The first visit was around 1pm. There was no line and two staff members were serving the food, so it took a while to serve, but the bowl arrived in 15 minutes. The soup is mild and low in salt for a ramen shop. The chashu is soft and will fall apart when you pick it up with chopsticks. The amount of green onions is so large that it's twice as much as the popular ramen shop in the neighborhood. It has 5 times more customers than the popular store No. 122. Also, the green onions are cut into short pieces, making them easier to eat. It was the kind of ramen that you would want to eat every day. The second visit was around 4:30pm. There were no customers. Even during this time, the soup did not bleed and was carefully made. I really liked it so I plan to visit regularly.
March 2023 I'm looking forward to the day when the third generation owner will be able to reopen the restaurant. There's a rumor about "Kitakawabe Training"...but I'm a little worried about whether it's suitable for me. It seems that ``salt'' will also be offered, but if possible, I would like to see a salty flavor that does not use ``Ajiha'' as the main ingredient. Anyway, congratulations on your opening. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー September 2022 For a while, we will be closed on Sundays and Mondays. -------------- October 22, 2021 I visited the store for revenge. Ramen (630 yen) Tsukemen (680 yen) It seemed like a type of fat that didn't suit me. (In my case, if it doesn't match, I get abdominal pain after eating.) The vinegar used in the tsukemen dipping sauce is gentle. I feel that the chashu is too fatty. I feel that the tip of the menma is gentle and ``soft''. There are counter seats and a small raised area. There are no partition boards between the seats. The cook is wearing a mask. The in-store BGM is broadcast on TV. The parking lot is a large gravel parking lot. The inside of the store didn't feel very clean to me. I felt that the hand washing facilities were quite dirty. The cook's clothes did not look clean either. It took more than 25 minutes from the time we were seated and handed over our food tickets until the bowl was served. --------------- September 27, 2021 First visit in the morning. Although Monday is not a regular holiday Closures have been announced on Twitter in the past. I checked the tweets the night before. Since there were no tweets, I made sure to get ready as soon as possible to ensure I would arrive at 6am the next morning. I arrived at 5:40 with excitement. Unexpectedly... there was a "Closed" sign at the store. I watched it three times and left crying and laughing. I checked the tweet again later. Immediately after I checked, they tweeted that they were closed. This time, there was no connection due to my lack of confirmation. I will visit you again someday for revenge.
