I had the chicken soba white. Black is soy sauce, white is white soy sauce The noodles looked delicious, so I added some tossed egg white. Straight thin noodles are chewy and delicious. The soup is light and I personally like it🎵 Contains yuzu for a slightly strange taste Personally, I would like to eat this with salt✨ Char siu soft and delicious It was a satisfying drink Thank you for the meal☺️

I came in around 11:40 for weekday lunch. The inside of the store had space for about 12 to 15 people. There were already 3-4 people there. I think I was able to get in without waiting even during the peak lunch time. The owner was managing the restaurant by himself. I had the Tori Soba Black (Truffle) and my friend had the Tori Soba White (Yuzu). Both were delicious. It may be a matter of taste, but I felt that the soup had more oil than I expected.

I went on a Sunday after 1pm. There were 3 groups waiting, but I was called after about 10 minutes. I received white chicken soba with boiled egg topping + black marinated egg (1000 yen). Yeah.
