Ramen and gyoza are foods that have different tastes, but this is a famous restaurant that is definitely worth trying. Last time I visited with my son, but this time I brought my wife and daughter as well, and both my wife and daughter raved about the results. My wife, who doesn't particularly like ramen, raved about it, so I think you can't go wrong with this place. Of course, they also praised the gyoza. We went all the way from a town in western Tokyo on the prefectural border with Kanagawa, and everyone was satisfied. It was very delicious. Especially the ramen, the noodles are chewy and the soup is refreshing but has a strong flavor. Each gyoza is very large and filling, but the filling is so light that you can eat as many as you want.If you want to add fried rice to the dumplings, I prefer thicker skin. The store staff was very friendly and this was a big hit. I think this is a store you should stop by if you're in the area.

As I was freeriding with no purpose from the roadside station Sakai, I came across a shop that was offering morning ramen! ! ! I jumped in from there. I ordered seaweed ramen with extra char siu. The ramen is Sano ramen-style flat noodles with a light soy sauce, and the noodles are chewy and delicious! ! The soup is clear and beautiful, and the taste is amazing! The char siu was also excellent, and I was really happy with the extra toppings I finished on the side so it wasn't too dry. And I trusted the POP inside the store and was really happy with the gyoza! ! ! ! This is packed with ingredients and is super delicious! The skin is also chewy! ! I had ramen for 700 yen. The noodles are thick and curly. It is smooth and chewy. I think that it is different from the so-called Piro Piro Noodles. The soup has a strong richness and umami. I am happy to be able to eat such delicious Sano ramen in Sakaimachi, Ibaraki Prefecture. I also appreciate that they are open from 6am.
