It says the business hours are from 12:00, but when I went there it was open at 11:00. I was curious about Sara Taiwan and visited for the first time. Is it like Taiwanese mixed soba on a flat plate? It was delicious with the spicy seasoning and the thick, chewy noodles covered in sauce, but it would have been even better if there was one more twist to the flavor. Although it is a small shop, there is a counter, tables, and a raised area, so you can visit with children. Perhaps it was just for this day, but it was open as a one-off operation, and there were a group of three customers when I visited, so I had to wait quite a while for my order to be served. The serving time varies for the group of 3 customers... It can be difficult if you don't have much time. The parking lot is on the right hand side as you face the store entrance, and you can only enter from the back of the store. Next time I will visit for Chinese noodles.

I ordered a Taiwan plate for 750 yen, half fried rice and Chinese noodles for 800 yen, and vegetable tanmen for 650 yen. Everything was just delicious! The Taiwanese dish had plenty of bean sprouts and the minced meat had a perfect balance of saltiness and spiciness. The fried rice has just the right amount of punch and is very delicious. The Chinese noodles had a strong soy sauce flavor, the vegetable tanmen had a gentle flavor, and the soup was drinkable.

I ordered half fried rice and plate Taiwan (a soupless version of Taiwanese ramen). The fried rice that you would normally get for one person and the rich and spicy Taiwanese dish will satisfy both your tongue and your stomach. I will definitely come back to eat at Sara Taiwan again 😁 I'm also curious about the rumored curry 🍛 so maybe both next time 😅
