More Comments at Google MapI ordered a char siu noodle medium seasoned egg topping and a char siu rice bowl (more meat for Twitter followers). The char siu this time was soft and exquisite! The soup was also rich and salty, and I added half rice and drank the soup. I also go to other royal roads, but personally, Kumada's is my favorite taste.
Visited on a Sunday around noon. There were about 7 people waiting, but we were shown to the counter before the 4 people who wanted a table and went to the counter in about 5 minutes. Ordered medium sized ramen + flavored green onion topping. I had heard that the tonkotsu flavor was strong, so I thought it would be smelly, but there was no odor and the broth was well-produced, but it was elegant. The balance between this soup stock and the saltiness was perfect! The parking lot was also spacious.
It's a good family ramen. It's not salty at all for Iekei Ramen, but I wonder if people who have only eaten Iekei Ramen style will find it salty. It's so delicious!
