Shimotsuma, Ibaraki, Japan｜Ichibantei Shimotsuma

I came to the store before noon. There were quite a few people, but I was seated quickly. I ordered wonton noodles and the soup was light and the wontons were chewy and very delicious. One of the gyoza peeled off, so I had them re-cook two of them and bring them to me. The store staff were also very kind and smiling. I would like to visit again.

The store clerk has a good customer service attitude, and whatever you order is delicious, and you can eat comfortably. My favorite is all kinds of ramen and fried rice😋

I love Ichibantei's white miso! The fried chicken is soft and great! The dumplings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. At Shimotsuma store, the clerk's feeling is amazing! A lot of customers came and I felt that it was a popular store 😊
