I visited Mr. Soen for the first time while touring. The most popular one is Suwanmen (sour and sour noodles), but the Tandan noodles also looked delicious so I ordered the Tantan noodles (very spicy) half fried rice set♪ The flavor of sesame is strong and is the best match with the spiciness of chili oil 🥰 As someone who is used to Mongolian tanmen Nakamoto, it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it! It wasn't that spicy, but just the right amount of spiciness😊 The half-fried rice has carrots in it and has a somewhat nostalgic taste 😋 It was very delicious🤩
