More Comments at Google MapI always thought there would be illuminations when I passed by an ordinary house at night, but then I saw a ramen sign. It's a huge misunderstanding lol I quickly walked into the store. The atmosphere isn't bad either. When I sat down and looked at the menu, there wasn't much to choose from, so I didn't have much choice. Personally, I'm excited because I think they're concentrating and putting effort into this ramen. I immediately ordered Awa Toro Ramen, Char Siu Bowl, and Motsuni. First of all, at this point, I didn't even know what Awa Toro Ramen was. I didn't even look at the menu that far lol Take a quick bite from the soup. yeah? One more bite. that? A bite of noodles. this. . . I love it! So delicious😆 I reconsidered the menu and now it's so weird to put chicken on pork bones lol I'm not good at explaining, but it's really good. Awa Toro Ramen is scary! The giblets have a strong flavor and are delicious! Next time I'll try the motsu nidon! I ate so much that I walked home feeling like an old man lol
Surprised by my first experience of Awa Toro Ramen!! The soup is made by simmering pork bones and whole chicken for a long time and is drinkable without any unpleasant smell. The creamy soup and straight, chewy noodles went together so well that I drank up the entire soup. Confirmed repeat.
The Awa Toro Ramen, the signature menu item, has a shocking white foam that covers the surface of the soup. The soup is rich and has a perfect balance between the umami of the chicken and the strength of the pork bones. Chicken char siu, rare char siu, and soft-boiled egg are also good ingredients. The soy sauce ramen that is written modestly at the bottom of the menu loses the impact of the foam fatty tuna, but I think it is a high-level ramen with a beautiful presentation and a beautiful soup with chicken oil floating in it. I was. I think 650 yen is reasonable. A former Japanese restaurant? It's a little disappointing that there are only table seats and no counter seats for one person. It looks like it's going to be a line store, so if you're going to eat it, hurry up.
