We ate Yachiyo Chinese cabbage tanmen from Yachiyo-cho, which produces the largest amount of Chinese cabbage in Japan. I've been curious about it since it was introduced on the official Twitter account of Hanamaru, the character of Yachiyo Town. As a local revitalization cooperation team in Yachiyo-cho, a female member of the same community revitalization cooperation team promoting fruit trees and [Yachiyo-bu's noodle activity, eating ramen in Yachiyo-cho]. As soon as we opened at 18:00, we asked for a recommendation, and the clerk said, "The most ordered is green onion miso ramen." So, I ordered Chinese cabbage tanmen and soy sauce ramen. Soy sauce ramen is straight thin noodles. The soup is refreshing, but at the same time has a richness to it. Recommended by the store manager! Chinese cabbage tanmen is characterized by thick, smooth noodles! It looks like Nagasaki champon, but instead of pork bones, the soup is made with seafood such as vegetables and squid, and the sweetness of Chinese cabbage and ginger accents are delicious! Personally, I wanted to change the taste by adding tofu, tomato juice, or milk to this Chinese cabbage pot, like a Western-style Chinese cabbage soup. The two of us shared it and ate it all.
