More Comments at Google MapThere aren't many ramen shops, but among the shops I ate at, it was my favorite and delicious! ! There is plenty of green onions, and the thickly-sliced char siu is perfect for eating💯 It will definitely be a repeat shop.
Visited on Saturday afternoon. About 5 people waiting outside. The rotation seems to be fast and I was able to be seated in about 10 minutes. I ordered a large miso char siu. A bowl of rice in a few minutes. Offer is early. Ingredients are a little bit of condiment green onion, spinach, corn, and 2 pieces of seaweed. Impression that the arrangement is a little rough with the feeling that it is properly thrown in. It's rare to have spinach by default. I'll have the soup first. It's more emulsified than other rasho, and you can feel the sweetness of oil. Looking at the cross section, the noodles are quite hard due to the boiled amount of the remaining core. Some people may find it to be powdery... The char siu was cut thick and had varying degrees of hardness, but it contained so much that it could be cut with chopsticks. It was a total and very delicious to my liking. Thank you for the meal.
Each store has a different taste, so it's fun to go to different stores. Of course, there are stores that I like and stores that I don't like. And this Oki store, as the evaluation says, is one of my personal favorite stores. Normally I usually order green onion ramen, but at this restaurant I often order green onion miso chashu. The simple reason is that miso is delicious and I like chashu. The noodles are hard and served with a little rice. The taste is strange, 2 tablespoons of table garlic, 1 cup of bean sauce, and pepper. Eat by wrapping rice with green onions and soaked seaweed. There is no need for a bad taste evaluation. Thank you for the meal.
